Good evening and welcome to everybody, thank you for joining us for the best practices in cath lab management for STEMI live webinar by SCI.  We have an exciting hour to be discussing a number of points and issues related to the recently published just this week the SCI expert consensus statement on the management  of patients with STEMI preferred for primary PCI. We have a wonderful panel of experts that were involved with this document for over  the past year that really came together to put together this guidance and we'll be discussing many of these points.  We have Dr. Jacqueline Tammies-Holland, Institute Director of Acute Coronary Care at Cleveland Clinic.  Dr. Don Abbott, Associate Chief of Faculty Development and Academic Advancement at Brown Health and cath lab director there.  Dr. Nathan Barman, Director of the cath lab at Mount Sinai in Morningside. Dr. Anna Bortmik, Associate Professor and Program Director and Director of the Interventional  Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Mauricio Cohen, Interventional Cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida.  And Dr. Celina Yon, Director of Interventional Cardiology at Palo Alto VA Medical Center and an Associate Professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Stanford.  So again, a very great panel. We're looking really forward to a lot of presentations, but next up, I really am pleased and honored  to present the Chair of the Sky Expert Consensus Statement of the Management of Patients with STEMI, Dr. Jacqueline Tammies-Holland.
