Well, let me pick up where David left off. I'm Ray Townsend from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. And I want to thank you all for being part of this endeavor tonight. Got a few introductory slides to show before I hand the program over to our first presentation, which will look at the gaps in hypertension care. So as you can see, we are doing exploring renal denervation with patients who have uncontrolled hypertension. And so these are the setup here for the evening. This is the setup for the evening. There'll be time at the end to ask some questions. I see there's already one in the chat. I'm going to let Laura handle that one, because honestly, I don't know the answer to that one. But hopefully, it'll become clear as the evening goes on. I do want to say thank you to Medtronic, who has provided one of those unrestricted educational grants for this particular activity. And I just want to mention finally that in addition to Sky, I work with the National Kidney Foundation, the NKF. And they have been supportive of this endeavor, including co-hosting on these kind of occasions in the past, and have been partners with some of the publications that we've been working on in order to educate people that treat hypertension about what this field currently has to offer, both its positives as well as the needs, the challenges within it. So on that note, I will turn it over to Eric Sosimsky, who will take us through the first section, looking at gaps in hypertensive care.
