Hello everyone, I am so happy to see all of you here in a full house for lunchtime meeting. So this is really a special session and I think for many of you here, you probably split your time either coronary, peripheral or both. And we've done sessions on peripheral and we obviously do a lot of sessions on coronary and we really wanted to bridge the gap because Sky represents all of us as specialists and I think the role of intravascular imaging is really now emerging from head to toe, important tool for how we treat the cardiovascular system. And so I think this is probably the premier panel you can get for a imaging-based discussion. We have two different large discussion periods built into the session. So I really want to encourage everyone in between probably having their Mexican food for the second or third time in the last three days to step up to the microphone and ask questions and interact with the panel because I think this is a perfect opportunity. I don't think there's probably a lot of unfamiliar faces up here but just to go down the panel again. I'm Eric Sosemsky from Beth Israel Deaconess. I'm an interventional cardiologist where I run our vascular intervention program. Sahil Preak needs no introduction from Columbia. He's also an endovascular and coronary specialist. June Lee from University, in that case, University Hospital in Cleveland who also is an endovascular specialist. Kevin Crowes, who trained me in imaging, is an interventional cardiologist at Brigham. Hedy is a wonderful educator. If you are not following him on Twitter, you should. And an interventional cardiologist and endovascular specialist at Ascension in Tennessee. And then John George needs also no introduction, an endovascular specialist in Philadelphia. So we have a great program, and we tried to build in a little bit of didactic, some cases, and then some discussion, and Kate Kearney will be here shortly also to present a case from the University of Washington. And so without further ado, I'm going to give Kevin the microphone to get us started. And again, please enjoy your meal and then use these microphones in between.
