Let me welcome you to the SCCHI Secondary Prevention webinar. Let me start the proceedings by introducing Dr. Timir Paul, who is our team lead. Dr. Paul is a professor of medicine and interventional cardiology at University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center, College of Medicine at Nashville. He's also the program director of the Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Paul. Thank you, Dr. Mukherjee. Welcome to our SCCHI Secondary Prevention webinar, focusing on optimal lipid management. The Secondary Prevention for Atherosclerosis Cardiovascular Disease Toolkit and this webinar is supported by Amgen. I would like to introduce my co-moderator, Dr. Deboberto Mukherjee. No introduction actually needed. He's the chair for the Department of Medicine and chief of cardiovascular medicine at Texas Tech University at El Paso. But most importantly, he is involved and was involved in many guideline writing committee, including authors, and recently was a co-chair for our Chest Pain Guidelines. Our speaker, Dr. Faisal Latif, and also on the panel, Dr. Faisal Latif is a clinical associate professor at the University of Oklahoma and director of cardiac catheterization laboratory at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma. Dr. Jacob Dahl is our another discussion today, who is an interventional cardiologist and a researcher at the Washington VA, and also in the University of Washington. I also would like to introduce Dr. Shia Hogan as a discussant. And on the panel, Dr. Hogan is an interventional cardiologist and an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Now we'll start our first half of our discussion and talk started by Dr. Latif.
