We have about an hour to discuss cangrelor, and I think it's been out for some time now, and I think over time we're trying to figure out where to use this medication.  I'll tell you, at our lab, we use it obviously in STEMIs and high-risk non-STEMI patients, and we've been increasingly using it in high-risk PCI-type patients.  But I'm interested to hear from our panel, and we'll have a case presentation as well and some evaluation of the data to see where we are. Are we going too far?  Do we need to go further? Are we using it just right? So with that, I'm going to have Megha Prasad talk about the data on the CHAMPION trials.
