Clinical Conversation in Interventional Cardiology - Safety and Feasibility of the RevCore Catheter for Venous In-Stent Thrombosis: A Multicenter, Retrospective Study

Program Description

The RevCore Catheter is a mechanical thrombectomy device designed to treat chronic in-stent thrombosis (IST) in venous stents. It is indicated for the non-surgical removal of thrombi and emboli from blood vessels and the injection, infusion, and/or aspiration of contrast media and other fluids into or from a blood vessel. The catheter is intended for use in the peripheral vasculature and has been shown to safely re-establish and sustain patency across a variety of stent types and thrombus chronicities. In this video interview, experts discuss the recent multicenter retrospective analysis demonstrating the RevCore Catheter safety and feasibility in 44 patients, achieving 100% technical success without the need for thrombolytics. Its introduction has broadened the treatment options available for venous thrombosis and has the potential to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
