This Town Hall focused on the recent NRMP Match results and the broader supply-demand equation shaping our specialty. Together, we discussed critical questions:

Are training programs aligned with geographic and clinical needs?
What can we do to strengthen the Match process?
What strategies will strengthen the pipeline and improve job satisfaction, including wellness, burnout prevention, and fair compensation for call?

We also discussed the value argument for interventional cardiology, ensuring that the system reflects the unique demands of STEMI call and procedural care.
