Learning Objectives

At the end of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Analyze emerging longterm (7–10 year) TAVR outcome data to determine how evidence supports shifts from watchful waiting to proactive management of aortic stenosis.

  • Evaluate diagnostic strategies—including enhanced ECHO reporting and EPNbased patient identification—to improve recognition of asymptomatic and moderate aortic stenosis.

  • Integrate recent ASE guideline derivatives and contemporary clinical evidence into practice pathways to optimize treatment decisionmaking for patients with varying severities of aortic stenosis.
