Acknowledgment of Commercial Support:
This internet enduring activity is derived from a live activity, which was supported by an unrestricted educational grant from ZOLL TherOx
Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the science behind SuperSaturated Oxygen (SSO2) therapy for infarct reduction.
  2. Discuss SSO2 mechanism of action via microvascular flow improvement and key clinical trial data demonstrating infarct size reduction.
  3. Analyze patient cases where supersaturated oxygen therapy was used in acute myocardial infarction.
  4. Review clinical research initiatives for SSO2 in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with cardiogenic shock.
