Agenda and Invited Faculty
Moderator: Megan Coylewright, MD, FSCAI
Q&A Moderator: Morton J. Kern, MD, MSCAI

• Residual Hemodynamic Gradients in Valve in Valve, Danny Dvir, MD
• Determining a Hemodynamically Successful Mitral Clip: When MR Is Still Present but the Left Atrial Pressure Improves, Molly Szerlip, MD, FSCAI
• Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, Morton J. Kern, MD, MSCAI
• Multivalvular Disease, Michael Brener, MD
• Aortic Insufficiency With Left Ventricular Assist Device, John M. Lasala, MD, PhD, MSCAI
Learning Objectives
After completing the webinar, participants should be able to:
  1. Evaluate what constitutes a significant gradient in the aortic and mitral region.
  2. Choose how and when to pursue additional mitral clipping despite improvements in left atrial pressure.
  3. Describe resting and provokable gradients and what constitutes significant obstruction.
  4. Assess if valvular disorder is significant.
  5. Identify the expected hemodynamics in patients with HFpEF.

Continuing Education Information

Accreditation Statement
The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation
SCAI designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ABIM MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 1.5 medical knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
