Evaluate what constitutes a significant gradient in the aortic and mitral region.
Choose how and when to pursue additional mitral clipping despite improvements in left atrial pressure.
Describe resting and provokable gradients and what constitutes significant obstruction.
Assess if valvular disorder is significant.
Identify the expected hemodynamics in patients with HFpEF.
