EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:

  • Implement appropriate triage, evaluation and treatment of TAVR patients in the COVID-19 era.
  • Apply best practices in transcatheter aortic valve implantation (both native valve and valve-in-valve TAVR) utilizing optimal contemporary treatment strategies.
  • Effectively choose appropriate low-risk aortic stenosis patients for transcatheter aortic valve replacement versus surgical aortic valve replacement.
