Overview
Advanced cardiac imaging is an integral part of pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural guidance. 3D/4D CTA reconstruction with virtual device modeling, intracardiac echocardiography (ICE), cardiac MRI, and integrated fusion imaging technology have evolved significantly to support complex structural heart interventions. This webinar is structured to provide an in-depth overview of multimodality imaging at all stages of structural heart care and discusses incorporating into a comprehensive Valvular Heart Program.
Agenda and Invited Faculty
Moderator: Carlos E. Ruiz, MD, PhD, MSCAI
Q&A Moderator: Linda Gillam, MD

• More Than Just the Basics of CTA in Preprocedural Planning: 3D/4D Modeling and Virtual Device Implantation, Dee Dee Wang, MD, FSCAI
• How Can Cardiac MRI Be Incorporated Into Your Valve Program?, João L. Cavalcante, MD
• Interventional MRI for the New-Age Structural Interventionalist, Toby Rogers, MD
• Intracardiac Echocardiography for Structural Heart Interventions, Brijeshwar S. Maini, MD, FSCAI
• Intraprocedural Guidance With Fusion Imaging for Inflow Valve Therapies: A Strategy of Optimization, Robert A Quaife, MD
• When the Case Is Over … How to Evaluate Post-Procedurally and Challenges for the Second and Third Intervention, Rebecca Tung Hahn, MD
Learning Objectives
After completing this webinar, participants should be able to:
  1. Describe pre-procedural planning in structural heart disease with CTA.
  2. Use ICE to guide therapies, particularly for mitral valve repair and tricuspid valve repair and replacement.
  3. Explain advances in fusion imaging technology: Echo-fluoroscopy, CT-fluoroscopy, CT-Echocardiography, and Multi-Modality Fusion.
  4. Optimize multimodality imaging to evaluate patients post-intervention.
Continuing Education Information

Accreditation Statement
The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation
SCAI designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ABIM MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 1.5 medical knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
