Thrombus remains a barrier of procedural success during PCI and has been associated with poor outcomes including increased risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). During this session faculty speakers will address a range of topics including challenges associated with high thrombus burden and their protocol and algorithms for treating coronary thrombus in various applications including vein grafts, stent thrombosis, and no reflow.

1. Discuss protocols and algorithms for managing coronary thrombus in percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI).
2. Compare the thrombotic applications in the setting of vein grafts, stent thrombosis, and no flows.
3. Analyze a patient case and the decision-making process when treating coronary thrombus in PCI.
