High-Risk Scenarios and Prevention of Complications in the cardiac catheterization laboratory (CCL), reviewing system processes and protocols to assist in mitigating adverse events and improving outcomes in the CCL. The faculty will discuss implementing best practices for femoral arterial access in the era of radial access, management of coronary artery perforation and aortocoronary/ascending aorta dissections, and how to approach a patient with a recent stroke needing to go to the CCL.
