Given the small community of congenital interventionalists and programs across the country, navigating the system to obtain training and find a job is daunting. Watch this conversation with junior interventional faculty about the trials and difficulties faced during this endeavor and tactics to overcome them. This course features lectures on fellow training, job search, and early years as an attending followed by a dicussion on specialized and ACHD training.
